Once you know the center, just take your child’s Aadhaar, ID Proof, Address Proof and Parents Aadhaar, and walk in to nearest Aadhaar Center along with Parent and the Child.
Take Aadhaar Update Application form from the Aadhaar Center.
Fill out every field in the Aadhaar Update Form which is being asked.
Take photocopies of ID Proof, Address Proof, Aadhaar of Child, and Aadhaar of Parent.
Enclose the copies with the Form and submit it to the verifier of the center.
The verifier will verify the form and the documents, they may also ask for original documents for cross checking.
Once verification is done you will have to move to Aadhaar Operator with the form and the copies of the documents.
The operator will enter all the details of your child in the Aadhaar Software, while the operator enters the details you should make sure that the details entered are correct.
Then your child’s fingerprints, iris and one photograph will be captured.
Once update request has been initiated, you will be provided with Aadhaar Update Acknowledgement Receipt which you will have to keep safely with you until you receive new updated Aadhaar of your Child.
