I want to open a Aadhar enrollment center in my area(Place:Borbari, City:Guwahati, State: Assam) so I cleared the UIDAI exam of operator/supervisor.

There is no such office in the area and any areas nearby.So could you please help me with the process to open the same.

OK, do one thing first find your Aadhaar Number or Enrolment Number by following our post how to find Aadhaar Number by Name. And then once you know your details, download your Aadhaar Card.

As you said you have already applied for Aadhaar and it is been already issued to you but not delivered by post. So in this case you can download your Aadhaar Card Copy Online by following our guide on how to download Aadhaar Card.
